Raised in the country, Tilly has an appreciation and understanding for the desire of a country lifestyle. The benefits and pleasures of a small country town can be extraordinary, and as a result, Tilly loves the challenge of balancing rural developments against the relevant legislation whilst ensuring the country vibe remains. After living in Newcastle, Tilly and family have moved back to the country to provide planning services to those who hold the same values and appreciations.

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England, Tilly has worked in various private town planning firms within the Hunter NSW region. She has also furthered her studies and completed a Certificate of Bushfire Protection through the University of Western Sydney. Since beginning her career as a town planner, Tilly has gained vast experience in planning projects, including small to large residential and rural developments and subdivisions, industrial, commercial and infrastructure developments, rezonings, modifications to consent, bushfire threat assessments, Review of Environmental Factors, and Crime Prevention through Environmental Design developments.
